Greetings! My name is Jason Lee, and I am an apartment investor. I acquire apartments that cash flow, build equity, and provide tax benefits to investors and myself. My goal is to achieve passive income streams backed by real estate. Simultaneously, my investments provide affordable housing with desirable living conditions and amenities for an overall improved quality of life for the residents.

I am a pillar in my community as the owner and operator of a well known martial arts school in Richardson, TX. For over 20 years, I've used martial arts to teach the importance of discipline, respect, integrity and perseverance, ultimately shaping the character of my students for a solid future. I apply these same principles toward multifamily investing, which I believe is the best vehicle for people to achieve a solid "retirement" for  financial security. Both of my passions yield a positive community impact and ultimately a brighter future for everyone involved.

My partner multifamily investor group has over 20 years of combined experience in fulfilling deals that go full cycle and achieve returns for our investors. I am currently invested in 400+ doors in the DFW area. I look forward to working with you in acquiring our next property!
